Establishing Printer Registration Marks
In Photoshop

1. Open the print settings menu
2. Under the Printing Marks check the box beside Registration Marks and the Box beside Labels
3. Select Done

Now when you split channels the resulting Gray scale images will have matching registration marks.
** Important to note that at this point you cannot alter the size of any of the cells with out loosing the registration. So do not alter anything in resolution or size unless you take care to do exactly the same altering on each separate cell.
