Activity: The Pickle Jar

In this activity, you will practice writing mentoring questions.
Four "pickles" or frustrating issues faced by your protégé Joan are briefly described.

• Using the mentoring question examples on the previous pages as a guide, think about questions you might ask Joan.
• Download the pickle answer sheet (MSWord format) and write questions for each pickle. You must write at least one or as many as you feel would be helpful.
