September 19 - October 8
We are pleased to announce that the Maryland Stage Company has been invited to perform at Beckett in Berlin 2000: International Theatre Festival and Symposium, to be held in Berlin in September 2000.
The MSC productions in Berlin and Baltimore will be directed by Xerxes Mehta and will feature actors Sam McCready, Wendy Salkind, Bill Largess and Peggy Yates, with design by Terry Cobb and Elena Zlotescu. These short plays that Beckett wrote in the 70s and 80s are among the most powerful theatre works of the 20th century. Shocking, chilling, haunting, mysteriously beautiful, they rivet attention and compel response.
Performance dates:
Performances in Baltimore will be held at the UMBC Theatre. $15 general admission, $13 UMBC faculty & staff, $10 seniors, $8 students.
All Maryland High School Students may attend for free, as long as seats are available.
For information and reservations, please call the Maryland Stage Company Box Office at 410-455-2476.
