Peggy Yates made her professional debut at age six months when she was carried onstage by her mother in Sleeping Beauty. She has appeared off-Broadway at the Vineyard Theatre in Portrait of the Artist as Filipino. With The Maryland Stage Company she played Nina in The Seagull, and Elizabeth in Six Degrees of Separation. Other credits include Amanda in Dreams From A Summer House (Helen Hayes Award nomination); Myra in Hayfever (Olney Theatre) and seven productions at Ford's Theatre in Washington, D.C. She toured the U.S. with the National Players, playing Titania in A Midsummer Night's Dream and Madeline Bray in Nicholas Nickleby. Peggy's television credits include Another World, Saturday Night Live and recurring roles on Homicide: Life on the Street and All My Children. She received her Masters in Fine Arts in Acting from The Catholic University of America.
