Bill Largess has previously appeared with The Maryland Stage Company in Tartuffe, The Seagull, and Six Degrees of Separation. He has worked at many theatres in the Baltimore/Washington region and elsewhere in the U.S., among them The Manhattan Theatre Club, where he replaced playwright Athol Fugard in the New York premiere of The Captain's Tiger, Everyman Theatre, Round House Theatre, Arena Stage, Signature Theatre, Source Theatre Company, Center Stage and the Folger Shakespeare Theatre. He is a founder of The Washington Stage Guild, where his roles include Jack Tanner/Don Juan in Shaw's Man and Superman and Lord Goring in Wilde's An Ideal Husband, both of which were nominated for The Helen Hayes Award for Outstanding Performance by An Actor in a Leading Role. He is on the faculties of Howard Community College and The Catholic University of America, and is co-chair of the Washington/Baltimore/Northern Virginia liaison committee of Actors' Equity Association.
