My dear brother,
Your dear letter of February 27th was received today, and I have immediately sent 10 dollars by postal money order to your address, which you will please accept from me.
Since you didn't state anything to the contrary, I assume that you and all your loved ones are well, and we were thus quite happy; however we are sorry that you have not yet received the expected benefit for brother Julius, I cordially wish that you shall receive it in copious measures very soon.

I have in a long [paperloss] from W. Haacke [paperloss]

Your brother
G. Friederici
