Left #26: Unknown portrait taken in Berlin probably in the 1860's. Possibly a brother or brother in-law of Amalies such as Wilk Noark who lived in Berlin. Although photographs could be taken in Frankfurt a/Oder, it was not unusual to visit Berlin by train and have one's portrait done.

There are several "pairs" of these types of photos, a full figure with scene and a vignette portrait with no background. Probably a popular offering of photographers at the time.
