I am a third year PhD student in UMBC's Information Systems program and a member of the EASEL Lab. My mentor is Dr. Carolyn Seaman.
Before I moved to Baltimore I was the project manager for a 600,000-page intranet migration for a multi-state electric utility and an affiliated researcher with Georgia Tech's College of Interactive Computing.
I am the inventor of BrailleTouch and a member of the team that has continued its development, who include Mario Romero, Caleb Southern, James Clawson, Kate Rosier, Kulsoom Abdullah and Gregory Abowd.

When I'm not studying I enjoy capoeira, samba, HvZ and spending time with my family.
