If you prefer to use our calibration experimental data,
only parameters in steps 2 and 3 of part 3 can be changed in the software.
If you find it difficult to enter reasonable parameters in step 2 of part
3, here are some example sets of parameters you can use to get a linear
pH gradient:

*Change the maximum value of the objective function F in Step 3 of Part 3 to 0.002.
**If the solver says that it could not find a feasible solution, keep
the solver solution as a new starting point and try solving the problem
again.
