Advising & Registration for Spring term--HCST
Committee Members and Ms. Faye Adams, Advisement Coordinator, are available to
discuss the program with prospective students.
Enrollment is now underway for the Spring, 2008 offering of HCST 100, featuring new units on Environments, natural and built (including the UMBC campus itself); Technology and the Visual Arts; and Technology and the Educational Enterprise. The course is nearly full, but there is a hold list and we'll do our best to accomodate students who wish to enroll. A few openings remain in the Honors Section.
The International Association for Science, Technology and Society (IASTS) meets in Baltimore January 31-February 2, 2008 at the Raddison Plaza Lord Baltimore hotel.
