a photo tour into the ancient part of the city of Plovdiv as a visitor. My work investigates the streets, from which we conduct business, seek entertainment and shop. Be/tween the Streets (1-14 june 2001) is a juxtaposition of the street scene and garbage creating a connection between where we are going and the place we are transiting through. My work is about the relationship between the place, the people and discarded material world. Over the next month I will post a new series similar from Brighton, UK and my own backyard, Baltimore, MD USA.
