"08:45"
Steve Bradley and Timothy Nohe recently presented "08:45" a collaborative live Internet streaming audio performance, which followed in the wake of the tragic events of September 11. Bradley performed with samples and constructed physical instruments mediated by real-time computer processing. Nohe remixed the electronic data environment of shortwave, civil radio frequency, and Internet radio broadcasts.

The work was presented during the "utopicode: Networks and Communities" panel of the Second Conference of Art Spaces Unlimited (ASU2), and was netcast between Baltimore, Zagreb, and Ljubljana on Friday, September 14, 2001. The "utopicode" panel was organized and moderated by Lisa Moren for ConcreteSTREAM.umbc at the University of Maryland Baltimore County, and featured panelists Steve Bradley, Christina Hung, Timothy Nohe, Randall Packer, and Rachel Schreiber.
