Lesson 2.1 (page 1 of 3)
The Arabic language has a rich set of personal pronouns, in Arabic called ضَّمائِرُ, singular form ضَمِيرٌ . Unlike English—which only contains 7 different forms of subject pronouns—the Arabic language has 12 different pronouns. The reason for such a variety is that the Arabic language differentiates between male and female pronouns and is more precise about the number.
