• in HIPAA Implementation Newsletter, Nov. 2002, at http://www.lpf.com/hipaa/issue47.html there are multiple quotes of Roy Rada.
• in Health Information Compliance Insider, March 2003 (www.brownstonedocs.com) Rada is the sole basis of an article entitled "How to Create a Layered Notice of Privacy Practices" pages 6-8.
• in Ambulatory Surgery: Compliance & Reimbursement Insider May 2003 page 7 article entitled "Add Top Layer Summarizing Your Notice" which carries with proper attribution in its entirety my 1-page top layer of a Privacy Notice, published by Brownstone Publishers, www.brownstone.com
