The status of the course is uncertain because of the very small enrollment
in the Political Science Track of the Policy Sciences Graduate Program.
The syllabus from the last offering in Fall 1996 is posted below, together
with a draft outline of the syllabus for a prospective Fall 1999 offering
that was cancelled due to lack of enrollment.
