What is dis dare hex color schtuff?

Always use "save" or "save a copy as" Never use "save page as"
Always have your "Inspector" up (under "Window")
Always use universally compatable fonts such as city named fonts (New York, Geneva, etc), Times or Helvetica (if your unclear never change the default font)
Always use "command + H" to view your HTML code.

Open up the HTML code and look for <HR> command creating the ruled line above.
