Mystery editor Charles A. King says, "We're looking for writers to
contribute to our pages. We offer a free critique and we work with writers
who may have a piece that needs a hand. We publish, or prefer to publish,
unpublished work, though, we will openly consider work that has appeared
else where if no copyright is broken. Writers keep all rights to their
work by the way, and the Hood charges nothing for the review, the
editorial service, or anything."
