| Sample results of a one step gene assembly:
The first gel shows the results of a one step amplification of a 1 kb gene with different dilutions of the oligo mix (Lane 1 is a 1 kb ladder, Lane 7 is a no template control). The second gel shows the results of a one step amplification of a 250 bp fragment (Lane 1 is a 100 bp ladder and Lane 7 is a no template control).
