I am impassioned to make a positive impact on the education system in Maryland, including pre-school, primary, secondary, and higher education. My educational and career goals are reflected in my current co-curricular activities, coursework, education goals, and career goals.
Educational Goals
I hope to receive his undergraduate degree in political science and receive his secondary social studies certificate from UMBC. Additionally, I hope to receive dual certification in secondary mathematics. Soon after, I hope to pursue a master’s degree in education administration, with a focus on urban schooling and STEM education. In following years, I hope to pursue a doctorate in education leadership.
Career Goals
After leaving UMBC, I hopeto teach middle school in Baltimore City. In following years, I plan to pursue leadership opportunities in urban schools.
