Search Options :

1. Display All. Don't type in, click on search.
2. By First Name or Last Name of the Student or Volunteer. Example: Fernando.
3. By Status. Example: Assigned or Not Assigned.
4. By Application Date. Example: 20090720.
   N.B: The date format is YYYYMMDD.
   The result is from the typed date to now.
