Dr. Williams has over 20 years experience as a faculty member, administrator, program director and consultant in education, the private sector and the federal government. Over his career he has taught at the undergraduate and graduate levels at UMBC, Towson University, Villa Julie College, University of Phoenix, State University of New York, U.S. Army, and at the secondary school level. He also served for nearly 10 years as the Director of Training for Montgomery College's Business Industry and Government Services, a unit that provides training to external organizations in the public, private and non-profit sectors. |
