Q: So how often do you need technical help form the OIT?  Adewunmi: Rarely, I try to solve issues on my own first.

Q: So what was your first action when you needed help? In other words, When you have a problem, what is your first step? (troubleshoot, call, email, search?)

Adewunmi: Trouble shoot. Then trouble shoot some more.

Q: Do you struggle to put your problem into words?

Adewunmi: No, I am pretty eloquent.

Q: Typically how long between problem is an introduction to solution?

Adewunmi: An hour

Q: What are/ the types of problems that you usually have?

Adewunmi: Hardware problem.

Q: Will you return to a website you had trouble with before, and could not find help?

Adewunmi : No.

Q: Do you usually visit the OTI web page. And if yes, do the FAQ (frequently asked questions) help with your problems?

Adewunmi: I don’t, because I don’t visit the FAQ

Q: Does searching for help in a knowledge base usually yield good results?

 Adewunmi :Yes it does.

Q: If you have to leave you information for a call back would you do it, or look for a different alternative?

Adewunmi: Look for an alternative 1st, if none is found, then I would leave my information.

Q: Would you be interested in a live chat program to talk with a tech immediately? Or if you have done it how successful was it?

Adewunmi: Yes, its easy and very effective.
