Mike Borkoski

My name is Michael Borkoski and I am an instructor here at UMBC. This fall, I am teaching IS 410/610 - Introduction to Database Design, IS 450/650 - Data Communications and Networks and IS 451 - Network Design and Management.

Throughout my 27+ year professional career, I performed many different leadership and technical roles including budget creation, business management, capacity planning, computer support, cybersecurity, data governance, data privacy, database administration, disaster recovery planning, network engineering, policy development, strategic planning, systems analysis, systems development, user support, and user training.
