Select any character, then fight at the Pit 3 or the Rooftop. Before the Round starts, hold D+HP+LP. If you did it right, your character will change to Shao Kahn. After the fight, you will turn back to the character you picked.
Play as Motaro
Select any character, then fight at Kahn's Tower, the Wasteland, or the Desert. Before the Round starts, hold B+HK+LK. If you did it right, your character will change to Motaro. Like Shao Kahn, after the fight, you will turn back to the character you picked.
Super Endurance Pack
Highlight Kano and press Down + Start. Then select the Champion tower. If you did the code right, the Champion tower will change lineup. You will fight Khameleon first, then Motaro, then 8 endurance matches, and finally Shao Kahn. If you beat the game with this on, you will be able to select Box 24 in Shao Kahn's Treasure Chest.
Choose your Kombat Zone
On the character select screen, highlight Sonya, then hold Start and press Up. You'll hear an exploding sound. After you pick your fighter, you can choose the Kombat Zone to fight in.
Secret Options
During attract mode, press C-Left, C-Up, C-Right, C-Down, A, B, B, B, A, A. You'll hear a voice if you did it. Go to Options, and you'll see BOTH Blue and Red ? Boxes. Here is the Blue ? Screen:
Level Select
(Choose your Kombat Zone when on.)
Throwing (Turn on or off throws.)
Unlimited Run (Run Meter won't run out when on.)
Bloody Kombat (I think this puts in a lot of blood when on. I didn't try this yet.)

Play as Khameleon
During attract mode, press C-Right, C-Up, A, B, C-Down, C-Up, and C-Right. If you did it right, you will hear "Khameleon" and she will be selectable on the character select screen. Khameleon can automatically morph into any female ninja and use their moves every 7-10 seconds. For example, if you morph into Kitana, you can use Kitana's moves.
Blue = Kitana
Purple = Mileena
Green = Jade
Play as Human Smoke
Pick Smoke, and hold Back, HP, HK, Run and Block. Smoke will turn into Human Smoke.
Reversing Babality
Finish off your opponent with a Babality. As soon as the background darkens, Hold HP, LP, HK, and LK. If you did it right, your opponent will turn into a baby, then turn back to normal, then finally explode. And it will say Fatality instead of Babality.
Free Play
During attract mode, press Down 2 times, Up 2 times, Right 2 times, and Left 2 times on the Digital Pad.
Play Space Invaders
Start a 2-player game and fight at the Pit 1. If you see an object flying across the moon, hit the Z Button on your controller. Whoever wins the fight will play Space Invaders. Another way to get Space Invaders is to select Box 23 in Shao Kahn's Treasure Chest.
Play Galaga
There are 3 ways to get Galaga:
Play 100 2-player battles.
Enter the correct Kombat Kode.
Select Box 1 in Shao Kahn's Treasure Chest.
Play Pong
Win 50 battles in a row or choose Box 13 on Shao Kahn's Treasure Chest.
Random Select
Highlight the default character and press Up + Start. The computer will select a character for you.
Fight Against Khameleon
You must fight at the Pit 1 on a 2-player game. This is just like the Human Smoke trick from MK2. Keep doing uppercuts until the Toasty man comes. When you see him, quickly press Down + Start on your controller. If you did it right, you will fight Khameleon in the Living Forest.
Play as Shao Kahn/Motaro the entire game!
To Play as Shao Kahn/Motaro for the entire game, play on a 2-player game and have one player be a boss. Make the boss kill the other guy the first round, then round 2 do the boss code again at the beginning. Kill the other player and choose your destiny. you will be the boss you selected for the entire game. You can't choose the tournament outcome because the game will freeze.

During the Scorpion's Lair Fatality
Hold LP on both controllers to hear Shao Kahn say Crispy.
Hold BL on both controllers to hear Dan Forden say Crispy.
GURGLE SOUND
During the Deadpool Fatality.
Hold Down to hear a gurgle sound.
High Damage Combo
Here is a awesome practically an infinite combo. Choose Rain and do this:Do a controll ball and make the player go up. Before the person hits the ground do another controll ball and make them go up. Keep on repeating this trick and soon the person would die and you will get flawess victory. I did this trick and I was able to take off 90% from the other person!!!!
