Enter the sub-directory you have created for 403 coursework. From this sub-directory, go into the sub-directory for your Tutorial_3 work. Within this sub-directory, create the web pages, that are developed from pages 3.09 - 3.47 of your text. Go into the textbook student disk, and into 10113-xd and open the sub-directory for Tutorial.03. From this sub-directory, go into the Tutorial sub-directory and copy the necessary .htm and .jpg and .gif files.
When you have completed the Tutorial, do the Review Assignment on Page 3.47 - 3.48. Going back to the Student data disk, go into the Review sub-directory for necessary .htm and graphics files.
After completing the text exercise, go to the "Case Problems" at the end of the chapter and create Case # 3, "Pixal Digital Products, Inc.", found on pages 3.51 - 3.53 of the text. This will also be created in your Tutorial_3 sub-directory.
In order do the case study, you will again have to go to the data disk, the 10113-xd directory, the Tutorial.03 sub-directory, and from this into the Cases sub-directory and copy the files that are required from the Case3 sub-directory.
You do not have to print out either the tutorial exercise or the assigned project, as these will be viewed at 10:00 a.m.
At the start of class September 30th , there will be a short closed book quiz based on the material of Tutorial #3.
All following tutorial assignments will take this same format:
1) Complete the tutorial exercise in the appropriate sub-directory
using the appropriate files from the student disk
2) Complete the assigned Case Study from the back of the chapter
3) Take a short closed book quiz at the beginning of class.
