More than you might care to know. . .
Joe Tatarewicz grew up in East Baltimore, the son of Polish, Italian, and
German immigrants. He was a baby boomer and space cadet in the fifties, a hippie
in the sixties, a student of philosophy and history in the seventies, a
government drone in the eighties, a scholar-dancer-educator in the nineties, and
now confronts the new millennium seeking new ways to get into trouble with
honor. He lives in the struggling-to-stay rural (no thanks to Baltimore
County) community of Granite, surrounded by a panoply of animals and fine human
neighbors.
Skip the humans
and go right to the cats
