Glossaries
Acromania - ZDNet's glossary just for acronyms, which constitute about 99% of internet vocabulary.
Internet Terms - Matisse Enzer's thorough and very helpful glossary. If you want to know what SQL is or are just curious what "jpeg" stands for, here's the place to go.
A Kindler, Gentler Glossary for Net Neophytes -- and Others - Cathy Young's commentary is chatty and occasionally rib-breakingly funny (see entries for "cyberpunk" or "hacker," for instance). Not as extensive as Enzer's glossary (see above), but much more fun and a great introduction.

Lots of Links - these are sites that offer a large number of related resources
Culture, Class and Cyberspace - Arthur McGee's list of resources "dealing with the intersection of ethnicity, culture, class, poverty, computers, and cyberspace," divided into sections on Ethnicity and Culture, Class and Poverty, and Gender and Sexuality.
