response #1 due - 2-3pp hard copy, double-spaced,
12 pt. font. Critically respond to the two articles on the MOO (Lori Kendall
and Tari Lin Fanderclai). Try to summarize the main point of each piece
in one or two sentences. Then focus on a few points that intrigued you
- did you agree/disagree and why? Critical responses do not need to be
coherent argument pieces but are meant as a way for you to engage with
the material.
MOOing: Play one of the games below for about 30 minutes. Then logon to OldPuebloMOO and discuss your experience with others who visited the same site. Discuss Josie True in City Cafe; Club GirlTech in Fells Point; gURL in Digital Harbor; Purple Moon in Softshell Cave; and Barbie in Blue Heron Inlet.
