Update: Sept 8, 2009
UMBC has modified their course posting. Due to this change the orriginal parseing script no longer
works in the expected manner. This means that THIS Scheduler will no longer be updated. There are
many other students of UMBC that have developed their own parsers for the new course postings. Since
I am no longer an undergrad there I will not update my scripts. Do a quick google search for
"UMBC scheduler" and you'll get a few good hits. Currentlyi think the only one is from Will Murnane
here's a link to his version his version
Good Luck

There is another rather nice UMBC scheduler out there from HalfLight Studios Developed by umbc students.

Fall 2008

Updated from UMBC Schedule of classes as of Monday March 31st 2008 @ 11:40am
alt="Your browser understands the <APPLET> tag but isn't running the applet, for some reason. Please attempt to reinstall the Java Plugin from http://java.sun.com/getjava/index.html." Apparently, Your browser does not support Java applets. I'm sorry, but you can't use Satyanash Scheduler.

This scheduler is not endourced by UMBC. This Scheduler blocks time by the half an hour. Use this tool to guide your course selection but make sure that you have worked through all possibilities. Also note that this scheduler will operate on the UMBC web pages as published by a given date which i will post above the scheduler, if it is not up to date with the current web pages feel free to contact me at my umbc account.

NOTE: The Applet may take a minute ot two load completely.
This Spring 2008 semester is my last semester here at UMBC, hooray for graduation. I am currently finalizing an AUTOMATED script that will update the databases and webpages. I've had one contact whi was interested in hosting the scheduler next year and into the future, but i will also provide all the scripts in one package for anyone who thinks they can handle the instalation. I have a full Instructional guide for the Installation and update of the Scheduler, so even for a non computer person the step by step guide should be sufficient. <.strike>
