Sewn Pocket on Pant leg

This is a pair of bootcut jeans with a pocket, which I sewed onto the bottom of the right leg.  The stitching was done in an "x" pattern along each side and the bottom of the pocket.  I used a pocket that I had taken from the back of another pair of jeans.  I used a thicker white thread and double stitched each "x" to reinforce the stitching.

Materials used:

• Spool of thick white cotton thread

• Large sewing needle

• Safety-pins  

Tips:  BE CAREFUL when sewing!         Making mistakes may leave holes in your clothes.
