I feel right at home here, as UMBC is my alma mater .  After many years of teaching in Anne Arundel County, I earned my MLS degree at the University of Maryland in December of 1992, and began working in the reference department here at the Albin O. Kuhn Library and Gallery in January of 1993.

My Other Work

I am also the administrative editor of Applied Radiology, a monthly journal of practical medical imaging and management. 

I spend the rest of my time with my family.  Stuart is a radiology professor at UMMS and head of radiology at the R. Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center .  Julie (born December 8, 1982) attends graduate school at UMCP - Community Planning.  Adam (born June 26, 1986) is majoring in Aerospace Engineering at UMCP.
