medha umarji

I am a PhD Candidate in the Dept. of Information Systems at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. My advisor is Dr. Carolyn Seaman.

My dissertation work is about developers' attitudes towards software metrics programs, and possible ways in which social obstacles in metrics implementations can be avoided.

I enjoy doing qualitative research in empirical software engineering and measurement.
