About me
I am a scientist in the Artificial Intelligence Group at Philips Research North America, Cambridge. My research interest spans a wide range of topics in the area of machine learning, deep learning, transfer learning as well as their applications in Mobile, Pervasive Computing, Wearable Computing, Healthcare Sensing and Analytics, Natural Language processing.
I obtained PhD in Information Systems from University of Maryland, Baltimore County in 2019. During PhD, my research focus was on scalable Human Activity Recognition using wearable sensors. My PhD dissertation entitled as "Cross-domain Scalable Human Activity Recognition in Smart Environments."
I received BSc degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering& Technology (BUET) in 2009. I worked as a software engineer in several software companies in Bangladesh.
