    Course Description:

      “Upstream bioprocesses engineering will be discussed from both an academic and industrial perspective. Topics covered will include bioreactor theory and operation, mixing and hydrodyamics, fermentation broth rheology, mathematical modeling of cell systems, and metabolic engineering.”
