The layout and organization of the page is clear
and easy to navigate. All the links are in working
condition. There could have been a better template
design/layout used. The black column to the left
looks to be meant for many links that would remain the
same throughout the entire course of pages. It is
only actually used for two links that
could have been put elsewhere in the page. In general
the information is kept very brief which serves very
well as a quick reference guide.
The front page is again
short and to the point. This
has its advantages but more information about what
each page includes could have been helpful. The
third page's description does a good job of this. It
might have been more complete to do this for all of
them.
The general applications
page has some great
information and pictures linked to it. Again, this
should be advertised on the front page. The
descriptions of each link on this page are good. It
helps the audience decide whether it's worth their
time to check it out.
The quantitative monitoring
page is a little
confusing with all the separate links to
pictures that actually support the text. The pictures
or graphs should be on the same page as the text. The
sensor link is confusing also because of the title on
the link. I thought I was going to see a variety of
sensors and it is just a diagram of one. The
application in bioprocessing control link contains a
great explanation and summary of the current problems.
The chart that is linked at the bottom should contain
some more explanation. The next picture for the
drugscreening includes some information but not enough
to fully understand what is going on.
Lastly the conclusions page
is blank! Needless to
say this is not a good conclusion.
