The organization and layout of the website is great! I
enjoy surfing it. The prototype and the design of the
website is at a professional level. I am very
impressive by it.
The author keeps the pages brief and Informatica but
meanwhile provides great amount of links and
references. Therefore, if the readers are interested
in related topics, they can always exploit through the
listed sources. The front page does a good job for
advertising the topics. The consistent and complete
left-table links in the following pages serves as a
great template. The sentence quoted about the
emergence of S. aureus has great impact for the
readers to realize the importance of studying this
strain. It might even have better effect if this is
putted in the front page.
The picture in the bacterial invasion page is very
straightforward. The author also did a good job to
make the pages "graphical" by including graphs in
almost every page. These graphs gain my attention
immediately when I enter the pages. The ECM protein
graphs are super specially because that are also
linked to the more detail graphs. However, the
videomicroscopy and flow chamber diagrams deserve more
explanation to help the readers understand how they
work. For example, the flow pattern of the flow
chamber is not described.
Since dynamic adhesions are used for the study, the
author should also include a page for dynamic
adhesion, e.g. the advantage, the mechanism etc.
Also, it will add more value to the website if current
problems/questions regarding the study are mentioned.
