I will post approved out-of-class events on this website. I am open to additional suggestions, but all out-of-class presentations must be approved by me before I will offer credit. You will need to submit an evaluation of each event, NOT simply a summary. What did YOU think of the presentation? What were its strengths and weaknesses? Remember, you must submit an evaluation to my email account lindenme@umbc.edu within one week of the event in order to earn credit. You may earn up to 50 extra credit points (each event is worth up to 25 points). Be sure to frequently check this page for new opportunities. You must send me your evaluation within one week of the event in order to earn points. All Humanities Forum and Social Science Forum Events are eligible for extra credit (even those not listed on this webpage). I've highlighted a few of particular interest below.
