XVIII Amendment

Section I After one year from the ratification of this article the manufacture, sale, or transportation of intoxicating liquors within, the importation thereof into, or the exportation thereof from the United States and all territory subject to the jurisdiction thererof, for beverage purposes, if hereby prohibited.

(repealed by the XXI Amendment, 1933)

Section I The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be abridged by the United States or by any State on account of sex.
