Monitoring gene expression in yeast :
Note: The results show that GFP fluorescent intensity
correlates well with GFP concentration measured by Western blot assay.
Note also that the 95 minutes time lag has much less impact on yeast fermentation
because it last much longer than E. coli fermentation.
