• Herpes-GFP fusion transfected to Dog Osteosarcoma Cells   Here GFP was fused to different proteins in the Dog Osteosarcoma cells and the fluorescence of GFP helps to find out the localization of those different proteins.
• T. gondii parasites expression GFP fusion.  Here GFP is used to study protein traficing and secretion in in vivo using transgenic parasites expressing GFP fusion protein
• Human embryonic kidney cells transfected with GFP gene.   They glow!
