OF MUSIC
Pakistan is devide into four
provinces. So there are four or more differnt types of music in Pakistan
for every province.
The larges Province in Pakistan is Punjab . So its music is called
Punjabi . This music is the most famous one in the country. The
socond larg province in Pakistan is called Sindh . SO their music
is called Sindhi . It is not as famous as the punjabi but it also
have an othe music which is in Pakistan's national language Urdu .
That is the second famous music in Pakistan. It is similar to persian
music. The third larges province in Pakistani is Blochistan, Quetta
that is right next to the border with Afghanistan. They also have
very nice music which is mix of Afghani music is called Blochi .
That is the not as famous as the othes, but at the same time it is only
very famous in their province. The fourth largest province is called
Sarhad . It is located in the nort west of Pakistan. They have very
beautiful music called Pashtu . That is also not as famous in
other cities outside this province. So people from each province usually
listen to their own language music.
Since we are talking about Pakistani wedding music, it really depends
where the wedding is taking place. So according to the place they would
choose music of that language.
