About the BSA

The Baltimore Songwriters Association invites regional songwriters to join us for our bi-monthly meetings. We meet the 2nd and 4th Mondays of each month at 7:30pm. We gather at The Lodge, 244 S. Highland Avenue in Southeast Baltimore City.

Songwriters of all levels are encouraged to join. Our aim is to bring
together area songwriters to present songs and receive constructive
criticism in a supportive atmosphere. We expect to invite guest speakers
and touring singer-songwriters to visit in the future.

We also plan to provide networking and mutual support for performing singer-songwriters and address many of their common concerns. We will eventually promote and stage some concerts featuring Baltimore regional songwriters. Our aspiration is to foster a musical community that is more cooperative than competitive.
