Insurance Information

A good installer will adhere to the industry standards for proper installation in "CRI 105, Standard for Installation of Residential Carpet" and "CRI 104, Standard for Installation of Commercial Carpet."

Karpet Krafters Incorporated not only follows the standards, but has insurance backing us up.  If you are not satisfied with something we did, we will fix whatever went wrong, at no cost to you.  If you decide you don't like the carpet, and want to change it, we will minimize your costs as much as is possible.
