Exam Registration

We suggest that you register your exam one week prior to the exam date.  The registration procedures are as follows:  

1. Come into the I.T.C. office and fill out the exam form with your date of birth, height, and weight.  Or you can register on line by using our Registration Form. 

2. There is a $45.00 fee for each exam.  The fee must be paid before the exam.

3. For each full belt exam passed, a diploma will be issued. If you would like a photo on your diploma, it must be provided at the time of registration.  For those who register on line, we suggest you bring your photo to the I.T.C. as soon as possible.  Otherwise your diploma will be issued without a photograph.  The diploma is issued approximately one month after testing.

Please note that Exam Forms filled out after the registration deadline will require payment of a $10.00 late fee.
