We're excited to announce that we will be releasing a new album
titled, End Of The World Party (just in case) on Blue Note Records on
September 7th, 2004. Pre-sale through the Medeski Martin & Wood
store begins now. We're very proud of this one, and we hope you'll
love it.

The design was created by Scott Campbell, and the first pressing will
be in digipak format (cardboard foldout cover with secure CD tray)
where the artwork really shines. We're offering special bonus
goodies, etc. for people who pre-order through our store (see details
below).


In light of our modern digital age, we're aware that many of you have heard the record, and maybe
even have it. Either way, we're happy that people are enthusiastic enough to find our music any way
they can. We ask that our fans please support us by purchasing the record (even if they already have
it). It makes a big, big difference, especially for instrumental musicians, when people purchase music.
We are not against P2P services or sharing music, in fact quite the opposite. However, until the record
business gets it's act together and figures out how to embrace digital technology, it makes a difference
when you support musicians by purchasing records.
