According to David Hollister, the purported lineage of the copy he
got and speed corrected was given as SMR > reel > DAT > ...
Note that Resources for Tapers gives the lineage of the best 
circulating copy as Reel master > 2 reel gens > DAT > circulation,
but Rob Bertrando says he knows of no reel master made of this show.
(There is another circulating copy with verified lineage of cassette 
master > cassette > DAT, which David says is definitely different.)  

Speed correction and remastering to CD by David Hollister; David 
corrected the speed of his copy by shifting the pitch up
75 centones.
