Notes:
Sound system hum throughout, and there are numerous instances of
distortion (particularly around the drums/cybals or bass on the left
channel, which is chronic throughout The Eleven) or light crackling 
sound, presumably sound system related.
A few instances are noted below:

t01 (Dark Star): crackling @ 3:52, 3:59, 4:07-4:09, 5:21
t02 (St. Stephen): distortion on cymbals in beginning
t03 (Eleven > Death Don't): Death Don't cuts after ca. 23 seconds
t04 (Cryptical Envelopment): cuts in at the beginning of the first verse
t07 (Alligator): Caution actually starts at around 14:50
t08 (Caution): cut/splice @ 5:44
