Lighter flywheels will give you get better throttle response,
quicker turbo spool-up, and faster acceleration. You
don't want to go too light though. A flywheel has a purpose
of providing inertia when you let off the gas in gear.
A flywheel that is too light will also make it difficult
to get the car rolling (no inertia!). It is recommended
to only do this mod if you are also having your
clutch done at the same time.
