Worked on a number of projects with roles in design, development, test, and system support roles.

 

Worked in a variety of performance and functional testing roles using various test tools including Mercury Interactive’s LoadRunner, ProTune, WinRunner, QuickTest Pro, and Test Director, Segue’s SilkPerformer, Rationale’s testing suite as well as custom apps to provide system analysis and make recommendations for performance enhancements. Test environments included a variety of ERP, CRM, Client/Server and WEB applications including PeopleSoft, SAP and Siebel with various web, app and db servers including WebSphere, IIS, WebLogic, DB2, Oracle and MS SQL Server.

 

Worked in both support and test roles on a multi-million dollar project to perform performance testing of a client/server application.  This client/server application will be used by major European and American banks to trade foreign currencies in real time.  The hardware configuration consists of 4 SP frames (multiple RISC 6000 Servers) with SHARK DASDs and the associated infrastructure.  Tasks included planning, functional and performance tests, performance analysis and maintenance of NT and AIX servers running at the application levels.

 

Worked as a member of a team to design and develop a web site analyzer to check for broken-links, privacy information and other user specified criteria and to make detailed reports which are available via an online reporting database. The analyzer involved multi-threaded, multilingual programming in C, Java and Perl.  The reporting application involved programming in ASP and HTML for deployment of real-time reports in MS Excel, Crystal Reports, Brio Reports and HTML, with the use of IIS, Crystal Reports Enterprise Server and Brio Enterprise.

Worked as a member of various support teams in the MIS department with the task of monitoring and maintaining enterprise servers and network infrastructure and supporting end users.

 

Monitored and performed maintenance as a member of the network infrastructure team. Tasks included installation of CiscoWorks 2000 server, network equipment configuration and documentation.
