Arrive in time for your child to have a healthy breakfast or provide breakast prior to ddrop off.

Bring child fully fressed with shoes(no slippers, flip flops, or slides).

Provide a change of clothes.

Provide formula and any special foods if on restricted diet.

Provide diapers if not potty trained.

Provide clean sheet Pillow, and small blanket.

Provide any medication and full instruction along with the time medication was last administered at home.

Join your child for breakfast, lunch, or snack whenever possible.

Visit child care anytime during regular child care hours and share in his/her activities.

Attend Parent, Child, Provider Meetings when necessary.

Inform provider of any home or family situation that may affect your child's behavior at the child care home.

Respect and help your child respect the provider's basic rules that must be followed.  (if your child does not avide by these rules they will have time out).  Rules are for their safety and well being.

Potty training starts at home.  Provider will assist you as much as possible while your child is in provider's care.  Provider will not force your child if not ready.

Parent/Guardian must inform provider (2) weeks in advance if removing your child from provider's care.  If proper notice  not given, Parent/Guardian will be responsible to pay in full the mazimum of two weeks fees.
